Excavating Close to a wall?

When excavating close to a wall to make way for a pool or spa there is the potential that the ground could fail and that support of the wall could be compromised, thus the wall collapsing due to compromised foundation strength.

When Fondex is installed as a support below the wall its acts as a concrete pillar which will support the wall and reinforce the soil until a permanent retaining solution such a pool wall can be put in place.
