Where there is a need for ground stabilization, soil retention and/or where an existing structures foundations are failing, Fondex can designing a economically engineered solution quickly. Fondex use a number of grout injection techniques using products such as Microfine, Superfine and Ultrafine cements.
Once cured these concrete grouts form underground curtain walls which can be used as soil retaining walls, or piled columns suitable for additional load bearing capacity.
